By subscribing to MCP360, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Please read this document carefully before making a purchase.


1. Billing

  • MCP360 offers subscription-based access to our platform and services.
  • By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan (monthly or annual).
  • All fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice via email or on our website.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Free Plan: Limited access to MCP360 features at no cost.
  • Paid Plans: Full access to MCP360 features with monthly or annual billing options.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of MCP360 services, all payments are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Partial or full subscription fees
  • Unused portions of your billing cycle
  • Fees charged after account suspension or termination
  • Any add-on services or credits purchased

We encourage you to use the Free Plan to evaluate MCP360 before subscribing to a paid plan.


4. Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free Plan.
  • No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation.

5. Automatic Renewal

  • All paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • We will charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.
  • You will receive a renewal reminder via email before your subscription renews.
  • To avoid charges, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before renewal.

6. Payment Issues

  • If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again.
  • Your access may be suspended if payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts.
  • To resolve payment issues, update your payment method in your account settings.

7. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Service unavailability for extended periods (beyond scheduled maintenance)
  • Billing errors on our part

To request an exception, contact us within 7 days of the charge with relevant details.


8. Communications

We may send you emails regarding your account, billing, product updates, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link. Transactional emails (billing receipts, account notifications) cannot be opted out of while you maintain an active account.
